Performance Consultant and Coach
Anne is a highly experienced performance consultant and coach, working with individuals and teams, enabling them to overcome significant personal and organisational challenges. Anne’s expertise lies in deeply engaging to define and implement strategies for talent development. She is passionate about helping others achieve new levels of performance and success through positive partnerships. Anne offers performance consulting and coaching to multi-sector organisations.
Anne’s early career was spent as an engineer in the energy sector working both onshore and offshore, in the UK and overseas. Sparking a passion for coaching through Anne’s extensive international career has helped Anne to successfully deliver in performance improvement and in engaging with clients in a range of sectors. Additionally, as a native french speaker, Anne can add great value within Anglo/Francophone companies. Having held international leadership roles in Learning and Organisational Development, Anne saw the potential demand for specialist performance consulting and coaching and AMCS was conceived. Embracing a career change and founding a business has allowed for Anne to successfully support other organisations, big or small to achieve new levels of performance excellence.
Accreditations
Anne is a qualified Performance Coach and NLP Master Practitioner, accredited in the use of Clarity4D Personality Profiling and Performance Climate Systems. She is a member of the International Coaching Federation and working towards her ACC.
